The Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership Contract Between You and Us. By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms as well as our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference, and you agree to abide by such other Fragrant Jewels policies, guidelines and rules that may be applicable to your Membership activities from time to time.
a. 6 Month Membership. A “6 Month Membership” consists of six (6) monthly boxes (each, a “Box”). If you sign up for a 6 Month Membership, you will be immediately billed $209 (plus applicable sales taxes) at the time of your purchase as a non-refundable minimum purchase. The specific Boxes you receive as a first-time subscriber are subject to availability or may be based on the specific promotional code that you choose to use or the Box you select.
The 6 Month Membership is for an ongoing subscription service that is billed at $209 for six (6) months (plus applicable sales taxes) to your payment method on file. Unless and until you cancel, your 6 Month Membership will automatically convert to a Monthly Membership on the first month following the end of the six (6) months of your 6 Month Membership.
b. Annual Membership. An “Annual Membership” consists of twelve (12) monthly boxes. If you sign up for an Annual Membership, you will be immediately billed $359 (plus applicable sales taxes), as a non-refundable minimum purchase.
The Annual Membership is for an ongoing subscription service that is billed $359 year (plus applicable sales taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless and until you cancel, your Annual Membership will automatically convert to a Monthly Membership on the first month following the end of the twelve (12) months of your Annual Membership.
c. Monthly Membership. Fragrant Jewels offers a “Monthly Membership” at the rate of $39.95 per month (plus applicable sales taxes). If you sign up for the Monthly Membership, you will be immediately billed $39.95 (plus applicable sales taxes). The Monthly Membership is for an ongoing subscription service that is billed each month at $39.95 (plus applicable sales taxes) and will be automatically charged to your payment method on file. Unless and until you cancel, you will be charged each month on the same day of the month as your start date.
d. Cancellation Policy. Memberships may be canceled any time, subject to these Membership Terms and the Fragrant Jewels Terms and Conditions. To cancel your Membership, please call Fragrant Jewels Customer Support at (855) 550-1129 or cancel online here. Cancellations must be effected prior to your next billing date to avoid further charges. Fragrant Jewels requires a reasonable amount of time to process your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle request. If you cancel your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership, you will enjoy your Fragrant Jewels Inner Circle Membership benefits until the end of the then-current subscription term, and your subscription benefits will expire at the end of the then-current subscription term for which you have paid. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fees paid for any unused days of the then-current subscription term.
e. Termination/Program Changes. Fragrant Jewels reserves the right to terminate a Membership for Member nonpayment, fraud or abuse of their Membership, violation of any state or federal law, and/or violation of these Membership Terms, the Terms and Conditions, or any other Fragrant Jewels guidelines (including the Community guidelines) or as otherwise provided in the Terms and Conditions. Members must treat all other Members and staff with respect at all times. Attacks, harassment, negative references, offensive comments, profanity, threats, bullying, or otherwise inappropriate comments or behavior are not allowed. If Fragrant Jewels suspects that these Membership Terms, the Terms and Conditions, or any other Fragrant Jewels guidelines are being violated, Fragrant Jewels may take any appropriate action including but not limited to termination of your Membership and account.
Fragrant Jewels may terminate or modify the Membership program, including its Membership Terms, the type or number of product offerings, prices and discounts on product offerings and Memberships, eligibility used to determine discount amounts, order frequency, billing dates, delivery dates, fees, taxes, shipping fees or dates or any other program features, at any time. Any modifications will go into effect immediately and will apply to your future orders. Your continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any modifications. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cancel your Membership and/or other product order(s).
f. Disputes. As stated in Section 24 of our Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference, You and Fragrant Jewels agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy, whether based on past, present or future events, arising out of or relating in any way to: these Membership Terms and any incorporated agreements (e.g. the Terms and Conditions), and any prior versions thereof (including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof); the website; content or Products currently or previously available on or through the website; your relationship with Fragrant Jewels; your information provided to Fragrant Jewels; the threatened or actual suspension, deactivation, or termination of your Membership or access to the website; payments made by you or payments made or allegedly owed to you; any promotions, credits, or other offers; and/or any other federal and state statutory and common law claims (collectively, “Covered Matters”) will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 24 of the Terms and Conditions.
g. Severability. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction or an arbitrator finds any provision of these Membership Terms, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of these Membership Terms will continue in full force and effect.
